FOX never aired this episode because they deemed it too offensive with all of the Jewish jokes. It was a big deal when the Cartoon Network first aired it in November, 2003, but as of spring, 2004, it's no longer a big deal and they run it as part of their normal Family Guy airings. The Cartoon Network only edited one thing: when Peter sings his "I Need a Jew" song, his line of "Even though they killed our Lord" was changed to "I don't think they killed our Lord."
This episode was finally run on FOX in December, 2004, with the same lyric change as Cartoon Network used.
